Donation, ticket creation is intuitive. **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?** The transaction fees for non profits. Being able to enter cash or check donations is also helpful since not everyone pays through online portal. **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?** When entering in pledge donations, it gets a little complicated. Sometimes we know the donor is going to send the money after the event is over, but we still want to enter them into Qgiv so we can get guest information. Administration is very straightforward. I set up an online giving form for my school's website in less than hour, without any need for training or help. When I did need help with one question, QGiv's helpdesk was very quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv?** It would be good to have a few more color and background options for the giving thermometer. It would also be good for the software to automatically create a donor record, even if the donors do not sign up for a QGiv account. It's pretty simple to search and find what I need. I primarily work on event pages. I have to create and recreate tickets for the same purpose almost every time I use the software. **Recommendations to others considering Bloomerang Fundraising, formerly Qgiv:** This is not the software for you if you are needing one time payments. Really consider your use of technology like apple products, square readers, and your need for recurring payments.
