Recommendations to others considering Bloom Growth™:

Don't expect too much out of it. It does get the job done and keeps your team and your team's meetings on track. It does increase productivity during meetings and keeps the participants accountable. You'll be able to organize your to-dos, find and resolve issues, manage team member roles in the company, facilitate meetings, and track the goals you want to accomplish.

What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

The software is incredibly robust yet remains very simple to use. There are plenty of different ways to set up meetings, add to-dos or issues, etc, yet each way is easy to do and easy to remember. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

It's hard to enter all of the scorecard metrics and to-dos, given that this software runs on a weekly basis and some of the scorecard metrics are monthly. That can make setting up this software a bit difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product to enhance video conference"

What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

Traction tools makes it easy to share a list of ideas with co-workers during a video conference. Just share and select who can edit and who can only view. User friendly and helpful video tutorials for those just starting to use the program. The how many minutes each topic takes up is especially helpful to keep our meetings from going over on time in. What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

Would like to be able to turn off the new user checklist without having to go through the whole thing. Other than that the program is great and I can't think of anything to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Play around with the program when you start off to get a good feel not only for what you need, but to find things that you didn't know were there to make your job easier. What problems is Bloom Growth™ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Traction Tools during a conference call people would be writing notes and not have a lot of input to put into the meetings. Now everyone can see what's on the agenda at what time and can prepare before the meeting which adds more input from everyone instead of just the people that put together the meeting. We also have a chance to preview what the meeting is going to be about which gives us time to form questions before hand or have suggestions as to alternate solutions to ongoing issues. What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

I like the structure and flow of Traction Tools. It's designed to optimize communication, accountability, and efficiency in meetings. It keeps the minutes of the meetings, and has sections for Segues (Personal Best/Work Best), To-Dos, People Headlines, Upcoming Weekly Plans for each Attendee, Collaboration (Identify, Discuss, Solve), Issues (Rocks), and a Meeting Score from attendee.. The structure keeps everyone on task during the meeting, and allows for people to voice their ideas and collaborate in a structured way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

I dislike the constant reminders of to-dos. I'm sure there is some setting I can adjust to turn this feature off, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I know what to-do's I have, as I'm usually the one who inputs that information into the platform, so I don't need so many reminders. I also feel there should be a place to ask questions. Sometimes, I have miscellaneous or general questions that don't fit in to the parameters of the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bloom Growth™:

I'd customize your workspace in Traction Tools by adding and re-arranging the tiles that are important to you. I'd also go in and add content such as to-dos and headlines before each meeting, that way the meeting leader doesn't have to spend time on data-entry. You can also assign to-do's to your co-workers and update the content of each meeting throughout the week leading up to the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Traction Tools makes sure everyone is on the same page and has access to the same information (even if they weren't present for the meeting). We solve problems each week with Traction Tools. These range from small issues like fixing a password issue for a co-worker, to large issues like technology training and sales outreach. What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

When used correctly, Traction really helps my team stay on track during meetings and have a clear agenda each week. Everyone knows what they're responsible for to come to the meeting prepared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

If not used correctly, one or two people can end up with the majority of the responsibilities. I think that this is a problem on really small teams. It's hard when there's only a few of you every single week, and there's too many things that need to be done. Also, if you're meeting once weekly to have the Traction meeting, some people may have a tendency to wait until that meeting to bring up any problems. I definitely recommend encouraging your team to bring up any issues well before the meeting if able. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bloom Growth™:

Are your current meetings with your team effective? Do you need some help sticking to the agenda and getting these done on time? If not, Traction may be a good option for you. It will give you a clear agenda, things to cover, etc. Everyone who has any issues they need solved can add that to the issues list, and the team will then prioritize them and discuss them in order of priority. This is great for those who need a dedicated time to go over any problems they're having they may need help with. If you're already having successful meetings, I don't think I would recommend this, as it might mess with your current flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having more effective meetings has made it so everyone knows who is responsible for what, and when it will be done. The idea is really cool and at surface level, seemed like it would be a great addition to our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

The rock interface is not good at all. It makes checking the progress of rocks really difficult. The IDS section doesn't show the full issue if the title is too long. There's not an easy way to transfer cascading messages from the meeting to the conclusion. You can't upload pictures or insert links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
