What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

We were already implementing the EOS methodology/business approach as an organization and using its companion software has worked wonders in streamlining KPIS, reporting, to-dos and tasks. Works well for alignment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

It is not quite as customizable as I wish it were and it can be a little confusing to navigate. Also, more of a concern with the EOS methodology that we feel with this software is that sometimes it rewards solving issues with false urgency, and can make it difficult to focus on the overall strategy as we investigate issues. Recommendations to others considering Bloom Growth™:

Make sure EOS as a whole makes the most sense with your company, and make sure you have strategic alignment in quarterly planning meetings to help you use traction to monitor success rather than create it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloom Growth™ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It aligns our team, and it provides an effective forum to conduct an L-10 meeting. A massive benefit has been gaining more visibility into task completion and rock completion, so it certainly aids in alignment and making sure the right things are happening. "Traction Tools: The Way You Should Be Meeting"

What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

When using the Traction Tools website for Traction Meetings, it's VERY user-friendly. When you start a meeting, it keeps everyone in the meeting on track with what there is to discuss. If you haven't read the EOS books, then you won't understand how it keeps us on "track" and keep us moving through the meeting. Everyone now knows how to use and keep the meeting productive. Even if you have someone who doesn't use technology regularly, they will be able to pick up on this system quickly. The other things is that after a meeting, whoever is in the meeting, receives a meeting summary and you have the notes sent of what was all discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

There are times when I'm adding To-Dos, Rocks, etc., and there are times when the system is fidgety. It can also run slow at times which can cause delays in the meeting. I can get annoying at times, but still provides a productive meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful would be the agenda making before the meetings start. You are able to create headlines regarding on what topics are needed to be addressed during your meeting and also another one would be tracking the metrics of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

Something I dislike would be that the interface can quite be confusing. Yes it can be user friendly but maybe the design is a bit too formal and mostly uses subtle tones of color. I hope there are more pop of colors in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bloom Growth™ solving and how is that benefiting you?

TractionTools have solved my problem of keeping my To-Dos after a meeting. I realized that it is somewhat similar to Karbon but it has more features that are beneficial during a meeting wherein you are able to discuss who can be assigned in a certain task and also have a summary of what was discussed to be sent to your email. What do you like best about Bloom Growth™?

Been using traction tools for the last four months, and I couldn't highly recommend this to others! I love it keeps the meetings on track, and you can create a to-do list. You can text the issues before the meeting, which is productive and time efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloom Growth™?

One thing I didn't like was there was no alarm to press when we went off-topic and discussed things that were not necessary. However, this has now been fixed, and the new Tangent button has been a game-changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The meeting agenda is very prescriptive and structured which is preferable most of the time but can sometimes be a little unusual to get used to. Overall, I think it's an advnatage to changing the culture and keeping meetings short and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest improvement has been the culture change to fewer meetings and only holding meetings when they're established with an agenda in advance.
