What problems is BlogVault solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have all my own WordPress sites and client sites protected by blogvault. the number of features it has is impressive and they keep adding useful ones. The level of service has been great. I have had a few sites with issues and the software fixes most but live support comes in to fix the rest. They just did it again. A site stopped working and they went in and found the problem and site is fine now. So grateful. They have restored a site that got hacked and removed multiple viruses over the years. What do you like best about BlogVault?

I love that I can depend on regular backups and seeing the status of my sites all in one spot. I especially love how well the staging site system works. I use it all the time with confidence. Additionally, if you ever need support you get it. It's easy and the techs are very responsive and very helpful. BlogVault is, by far, one of the best services I have ever used. "Staging Environments Done Right"

What do you like best about BlogVault?

Easy interface, features are very responsive, has a wide array of options from Uptime, Activity logs, and Backups and a plethora of other great features. I like that you're automatically directed to the dash without any notifications or new offer alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlogVault?

Nothing much, really. The reports could do with a scheduled option but all in all it's not a big issue. There's a small issue with turning off automatic updates as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete WordPress Security and Backup Solution"

What do you like best about BlogVault?

The feature that I like best about BlogVault is their all-in-one dashboard, which allows me to monitor my WordPress websites from a single location. From the dashboard, I can see which sites have plug-ins that need to be updated, whether security and backup are enabled, and whether a particular site is online or not. Furthermore, I can update plug-ins or restore a backup from the dashboard and perform other critical functions that are necessary to maintaining multiple WordPress websites. Aside from the dashboard, I also like that BlogVault is one of the few security solutions for WordPress that does not take anything away from your server's resources and slow down your website. What do you dislike about BlogVault?

My only real dislike about BlogVault, and it's a minor one, is that they do not offer live technical support through a chat dialogue. Other than that, I have no complaints about BlogVault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Easy"

What do you like best about BlogVault?

It was really easy to integrate and everything was done conveniently. I have migrated and backed up multiple WordPress websites via blog vault and it has not yet given me any trouble so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlogVault?

The user interface looks horrible. Almost as if no thought was put into it. Luckily it is rarely used. Also the migration is a little slower than expected. For larger stores, it will probably take a couple of hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
