BlocPay is a management platform for homeowners' associations (condominiums) in Romania, available on the web and as iOS and Android apps. Administrators prepare the monthly maintenance lists (split per person, ownership share, apartment or metered consumption), apply late fees under Romanian Law 196/2018, record cash, bank-transfer and card payments with automatic receipts, collect meter readings with photos, and keep cash and bank registers, supplier invoices from the national e-invoicing system (SPV / e-Factura), payroll and reports for the auditor and the general assembly. Owners see their detailed bill, pay by card, download receipts and submit meter readings. Free for associations and owners; card payments go through Stripe straight to the association's own account - BlocPay never holds the money. Also: BlocPay Chirii (rental management) and a digital notice board for the lobby TV. Operated by MEDIASTAGE S.R.L., Giroc, Timis county, Romania. Interface language: Romanian.
