It's great that I have more control over sensitive data as a creator, ensuring my surveys are encrypted and my survey respondents are protected. This gives me confidence that my data is secured and reassures me that only authorized personnel have access to the survey. I found the initial setup very straightforward and organized. **What do you dislike about Block Survey?** The customer support response time could be improved. I think improving the FAQ sections or creating a prioritization in a ticket-based system for specific issues would help. Also, the lack of a fair reward system makes me hesitant to recommend it more highly. **What problems is Block Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Block Survey enhances privacy and data security by keeping sensitive survey information secure and encrypted, giving me confidence that only authorized personnel can access it. ### 2. The integration of blockchain technology is not a gimmick as in many products, it's a core feature enabling privacy and security. The survey building tools are impeccable. I've used numerous SaaS survey tools and nothing comes close. Their survey AI builder is absolute genius. The form element options are both diverse and details. You have fine tuned control over elements and behaviors. The forms look sleek and you can choose from singe question, to traditional to conversational forms on the fly. You can even integrate things like payments. You can generate professional surveys and questionnaires in minutes. So simple to use. You can go from an idea for a survey to a polished survey ready to implement and deploy in minutes. They have awesome customer support through both online chat and Discord. They provide the option to add the surveys to the site via CNAME. Finally, they are always improving the platform. New features that add real value. **What do you dislike about Block Survey?** As a longtime customer, some of the newer security measures are blocked from me. I can understand the need for additional revenue but the customer's security should not be held ransom to the need for greater revenue. All customers should have access to the ability to protect and secure their accounts. I'm hoping they revise this stance for all customers in the future, because it undermines there credibility of being focused on privacy and security. **What problems is Block Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** Guaranteed security and privacy for survey and form developers and respondents. Plus the ease of use for developing new surveys is unmatched. Their documentation is superb as well. ### 3. They are constantly adding new features like: Team Workspace, Custom CSS, and the ability to use Payload and Webhooks. The UI/UX of their website is very easy to use in creating forms that can tie into Google Sheets. We are currently using Block Survey to survey our clients anonymously. The feedback from our clients is used to publish a report from Google Sheets. **What do you dislike about Block Survey?** At the moment, the Client Survey UI needs to be revamped up to be more visually appealing. At the moment it's very dull and boring which causes clients who frequently use our different services to think that they're taking the same survey again, which isn't the case. **What problems is Block Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem we are solving is providing our clients with a secure way to provide feedback anonymously.
