I loved the ability to make the handbook much more dynamic than just a static PDF. Blissbook makes it easy for non-designer People people to create something that's fun and draws people in. Blissbook helped me make a handbook that people actually read. It also does all the admin work of getting signatures and keeps track of versions/updates and who has viewed/signed.
