I think they could be improved by using it as your AI assistant. I think Blinq could step up and use it for your AI system. Turning it on so we can record the conversation, but before it starts recording, you can tell it what is the conversation that you wanna record. For example, if a doctor has it, the doctor will tell Blinq, 'Hey, only understand and interact with the doctor conversation for the specific conversation about the treatment or the issue with the patient.' Maybe if there was a way that I could easily filter. I mean, this might exist already, but I haven't dove into it where I could share from a specific brand profile. Instead of just having everything jumbled in one place. So depending on which of my companies I'm representing, I can very easily just switch the profile to share that information only. Something like that. Maybe. But it might already exist. I just haven't had an opportunity to fully explore all of the options and features that are available in Blinq. One of the first things that stood out for me was how user-friendly it is. I didn’t have to register for an advanced course at MIT before being qualified to use this platform. The instructions were detailed, thorough yet easy to follow. That attribute applies both to initial setup and any/all editing. Even when I updated one of my links on another platform, the revision is already complete on Blinq…so I’m not having to retrace any steps. Most of all, no matter how computer-savvy others may be, everyone I’ve shared my Blinq link with has had zero-problems viewing my virtual business card. I’m still a fairly new user/customer, so honestly, I cannot think of anything I dislike. But I did notice that when I get updates about reviews, some show that it is a public user, while others give a specific email address.
