Sometimes it doesn't click right away, so if the person doesn't accept it, I won't get the information, and they have to spend time doing it as well. When I share my contact information with someone using the digital business card, I only receive their details if they choose to share them back, and I think most people forget to do that. So I end up making these contacts but then can’t follow up, because it feels like a one-way transaction: they get my contact information, but I don’t get theirs. I’m guessing they’re just forgetting, which makes me think it may not be very easy for them to navigate or understand where to share their info.
