What stands out most to me is how simple it is to get started and use. Sharing my information with others is straightforward, and once someone saves my card, they can also choose to share their details with me. I previously tried Popl, which was decent, but I found it frustrating that it required people to share their information with me before they could even view my details or save my contact card. This often led to confusion, and I eventually had to disable the feature that requested contact info. Additionally, Popl would combine a person's full name into a single field, making it difficult to import into my CRM and properly separate the name fields. In contrast, Blinq functions exactly as I need it to, and with Zapier integration, importing shared contacts into my CRM is seamless. **What do you dislike about Blinq?** So far there is nothing that I dislike with the Blinq app itself. My only comment would be on the process of ordering a physical NFC Blinq card. There is an option to fully customize your card but no option to upload your design. I am not sure if they email you after the fact and request your design, but for the cost of the card, I chose not to order because I didn't trust the ordering process. **What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blinq makes it easy for me to get my contact info into my customers phones. When I hand them a business card, they might throw it away before adding my info. With the Blinq card, they get ALL of my contact info including my social media accounts and even my referral forms so they everything they need. That way, I'm always in their phone. If I just give people a Linktree, they have to manually click to follow my links and they might not do it. I've added my Blinq QR code to my business cards, so people can scan it right off my card. I've also added the QR code to my iPhone's home screen, so I can show it to people easily. I've also made a branded link to the Blinq link, so I can easily send it to people. And I'll added the link to a sentence in my iPhone's autotype section, so I can quickly paste it into emails, messages and texts. **What do you dislike about Blinq?** It's a bit complicated for people who scan my code. My page shows up, but then at the bottom in a yellow button (I guess I chose that colour) it says Save Contact or something. It's not immediately obvious what people need to do. And I think they have to scroll down to see that? But even if they don't have to scroll, most people don't know what to do. So I have to give instructions when I send people the link. And even then, I think there are a few steps. Like, they have to click Save Contact but then they also have to click Done. Or maybe they don't have to click Done? In any case, I never know if it actually worked to put me in their phone. When I'm standing with people, we have to try to guess if it worked. I really wish people could just visit the link and add me automatically, or at least just with one big obvious "'CLICK HERE TO ADD ME" button. **What problems is Blinq solving and how is that benefiting you?** I send people my social media links and Linktree. I also list my social media links in my business card. But I never know if they're actually going to follow me everywhere. And if they don't, or if they unfollow me, they can never find me again.
