good localization, accurate understanding of the source language text, and fast response.

What do you dislike about BLEND Localization?

The contact for our company changed several times, so we needed to go over the cooperation again every time they assigned a new contact for us. But this didn't affect anything.

What problems is BLEND Localization solving and how is that benefiting you?

We signed a 1-year contract with BLEND for translation and proofreading services for multiple languages. The sales rep who first helped us put up the contract was very helpful, she handled everything and explained everything clearly. All we needed to do was sign the contract. The other contacts after her were all good; they all responded quicked, usually within several hours, and offered help as requested. We later added several translators to our team and made them kind of permanent for our tasks. It was a very convenient function of their system.

One of the very important reasons for us to choose BLEND was that they responded to our inquiry email fast. Smooth communication is crucial, especially there is a time difference. So BLEDN was good on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BLEND Localization?

Blend has good communication when an issue has arisen with a translation. Their billing services work well with my company's accounting department. This helps a lot when it comes to continuing business with a vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, there are not enough translators, and I have to wait an extra day or two to get a translation. Also, I recently used the 10% discount code on three orders I placed in October. I did not receive that discount on the final invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
