And get them back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BLEND Localization? It wasn't as easy to ask for the translation to be returned in a specific manner. If there was ever a discrepancy between the original document and the newly translated document, it was easy to contact support and ask them for a revision on the translations. BLEND's Customer Service has been quick with their responses; always getting back to us within 24 hours via email. Once matched with a high-quality translator, there is ample opportunity to improve quality by "Adding the Translator to Your Team." This is a great function because translation accuracy / quality / style can incur a learning curve. There were a few items we received from translators that were low in quality and sometimes even delayed. The good news is that BLEND's CS Team took care of these issues (by following up with the translators, and, even allocating extra translation credits to us as compensation)... BLEND was my go-to place for any insights on the local markets that we couldn't support in-house. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by translators' inquiries while performing certain tasks and I have to oversee too many things at once across too many languages at once. But, when we started creating a dedicated team, the goal was to teach them all the things I know inside the brand, so I see all those questions as their learning curve. The feature we like the most is the possibility to talk with the translator about the job done. It's possible to receive request of more accuracy or viceversa to ask for a different translation.
