What do you like best about Blend Mortgage Suite?

I like that all outstanding conditions are easily listed for anyone to check and know what is still needed. I like the automatic follow ups to remind borrowers to send in their items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blend Mortgage Suite?

One difficulty we've had is that some documents cannot be uploaded or borrowers have difficulty saving different formats. The assets section can make clients think we have what we need when we do not if they try to link an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blend is a dynamic system that will determine what docs to request from a client, it will pull bank statements and pay stubs and income verification all in the same place. I really have no major complaints - the only thing I can think of is that I would like to be able to create my own saved templates but that truly isn't a big deal because the templates provided are pretty great to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TIME SAVER! I don't waste time filling out an application over the phone, entering it into my LOS, figuring out what's missing, then sending an email to collect docs, add them to the LOS, sort out what is missing or requesting better documents......Blend does ALL of that! Literally takes at least an hour worth of work and condenses it down to 10min or less. Truly incredible and game-changing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blend Mortgage Suite?

Single site for the borrower, ability to co-pilot the application, create follow-up lists for docs that can be reused over and over, set a default loan team so that everyone is notified when loan changes occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's worth it if you arent looking to make customized changes and want an out of box solution. Blend is advancing constantly, so we hope that the Spanish app and other items we miss are around the corner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
