API is pretty robust too. **What do you dislike about Blend Mortgage Suite?** Some changes aren't trasparent or very flexible, in terms of providing workarounds, when those changes disrupt the loan process. **What problems is Blend Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a fairly new lender trying to make everything electronic signing and online based, Blend being the front-end for the customers is useful and pretty intuitive. ### 2. Lack of observability when things go wrong. **What problems is Blend Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowed my company to move faster by using a third party for the task/pre-approval process. ### 3. I like the automatic follow ups to remind borrowers to send in their items. **What do you dislike about Blend Mortgage Suite?** One difficulty we've had is that some documents cannot be uploaded or borrowers have difficulty saving different formats. The assets section can make clients think we have what we need when we do not if they try to link an account. **Recommendations to others considering Blend Mortgage Suite:** I recommend getting blend as an easy to use platform to collect client paperwork! It gives them an easy way to know exactly what is needed to complete their loan and is user friendly. **What problems is Blend Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Blend allows us to request conditions from clients and keep track of which items are outstanding and automatically follows up for items that are still needed on a regular basis. ### 4. What used to take at least an hour is now reduced to about 5-10 minutes. GAME CHANGER. **What do you like best about Blend Mortgage Suite?** Blend is a dynamic system that will determine what docs to request from a client, it will pull bank statements and pay stubs and income verification all in the same place. When everything is complete, it goes straight into our LOS. incredibly easy and streamlined! **What do you dislike about Blend Mortgage Suite?** I really have no major complaints - the only thing I can think of is that I would like to be able to create my own saved templates but that truly isn't a big deal because the templates provided are pretty great to begin with. **Recommendations to others considering Blend Mortgage Suite:** If you want to streamline your business and free up more time than you can imagine, consider using Blend. You won't regret it! **What problems is Blend Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIME SAVER! I don't waste time filling out an application over the phone, entering it into my LOS, figuring out what's missing, then sending an email to collect docs, add them to the LOS, sort out what is missing or requesting better documents......Blend does ALL of that! Literally takes at least an hour worth of work and condenses it down to 10min or less. Truly incredible and game-changing! ### 5. From Application, through Doc upload and disclosures. There is only one place for the borrower to register. **What do you like best about Blend Mortgage Suite?** Single site for the borrower, ability to co-pilot the application, create follow-up lists for docs that can be reused over and over, set a default loan team so that everyone is notified when loan changes occur. **What do you dislike about Blend Mortgage Suite?** There is currently no Spanish application and limited customization for branding and extra questions. **Recommendations to others considering Blend Mortgage Suite:** It's worth it if you arent looking to make customized changes and want an out of box solution. Blend is advancing constantly, so we hope that the Spanish app and other items we miss are around the corner. **What problems is Blend Mortgage Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We made our borrowers register in 3 locations for the app, doc upload, and disclosure signing. Now, there is only one registration and one login. It's a great benefit to our customers. ### 6.
