**What do you like best about Blazedesk?**

This tool helps in providing business management applications like Project Management, Helpdesk, and CRM tools for businesses. We have used their services while working on our client's projects. Its simplicity and ease of use was very helpful for us.

**What do you dislike about Blazedesk?**

We like its features including project management, invoice generation, customer management, sales force management, quotes management, templates, bids management, customer service management, data storage, and others.

**What problems is Blazedesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this software for CRM management, invoicing, and other small tasks in our client's organizations. This tool is simple and easy to use for all our team members.

Blazedesk is easy to use, cost-effective super easy to use. It's perfect for managing multiple projects.

At the moment there is not a lot to complain about. Will update if i find something.

It is a well-curated management application store providing various services like invoice generation, customer management,data storage & many more functions in one place.

**What do you dislike about Blazedesk?**

It is a bit towards the pricey end for budding startups & businesses. It can be made a bit more user-friendly.

**What problems is Blazedesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with invoice generation & data storage functions.
