Blakes helps with locating issues with residents needs on their parcels

**What do you like best about Blakes?**

I like that it is very organized and easy to manage through the program

**What do you dislike about Blakes?**

I don't like that it was a little difficult receiving help from a representative

**Recommendations to others considering Blakes:**

Representatives should be available to their users

**What problems is Blakes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im assisting residents in locating their package
