The ability to choose the objects that will drive the integration with Stripe was key for us. For example, other solutions were basing invoicing information on data pulled from the standard Salesforce Opportunity object. We wanted to base it on information coming from the Order object. Blackthorne's integration allowed us to do this very quickly and with ease. **What do you dislike about Blackthorn Payments?** Even though the system lets us choose the object for integration purposes, it still adds fields to the opportunity object. It would be better if it did not do this. **What problems is Blackthorn Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** PCI Compliance was the biggest problem we were trying to solve, which we have achieved. Beyond that, it was also integrating Stripe subscriptions with Salesforce Contracts to better help our relationship management team manage relationships. ### 2. The spreedly integration is easy to set-up (Once you get the Spreedly key from Blackthorn team). Spreedly team will help you with the payment method migration. Post migration support is more structured and timely. **What do you dislike about Blackthorn Payments?** The initial set-up lacks a formalized support structure. Our App also got turned off at the end of the trial period (1month), although we signed up for a year. This was quickly rectified as soon as it was brought to their attention. **Recommendations to others considering Blackthorn Payments:** Spreedly integration works perfectly with the payment gateways, currencies and payment methods used in our company. **What problems is Blackthorn Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?** Black thorn was the only app avaiable in Salesforce App exchange that had an integration with Spreedly. For an application with such a large and deep feature set it can be a bit daunting trying to figure out where to find the necessary information if you're unfamiliar with it. The best tool by FAR is the PayLink. This tool allows for us to send personalized and branded pages to our Corporate Partners so that they can pay us directly using a credit card. This information updates the Salesforce record immediately and connects directly with our Stripe account. More than this -- Blackthorn's customer success team are patient, caring, and amazing people who truly go above and beyond. **What do you dislike about Blackthorn Payments?** I truly havent found anything in Payments that I don't like. Seriously. Even our partners have complimented us on how easy the tool was to use for them to make their credit card payments (oh, and did I mention that it was branded for us?) **Recommendations to others considering Blackthorn Payments:** If you like GREAT customer service, smart and capable technical staff, and a product that actually works and saves you time then definitely take Blackthorn Payments for a test drive.
