It's easy to manage access rights, follow buyer activity, and keep the dataroom well-structured. We also appreciate the clean and modern interface, which makes it easy to navigate and provides a smoother dataroom experience for our team and potential buyers. What do you dislike about Blackroom? The Q&A module could be more intuitive at first, it takes a bit of time to fully understand. Blackroom has become one of the most-used tool in our team, the platform is fast and easy to use. As a junior, the AI functions saves a significant amount of time, streamlining processes that used to be labor-intensive. The support team is also a key feature of the software. They are always available to help with redacting and preparing the data room.
