What do you like best about Blackpoint Cyber?

I personally ran a script on a server, not considered "usual behavior". I received a call shortly after informing me of suspicious activity they were alerted on. They do what they say! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackpoint Cyber?

Haven't found an RMM that integrates for easier deployment/management yet. No linux support yet. None of these were deal breakers for me, but I had put something here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackpoint Cyber solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far their cloud response has had the most visual benefit for us. Allowing us to see login activity, and get alerts. We have a customer that has strict limitation on where employees can login from. Even with conditional access on 365, the geolocation was inaccurate, but Blackpoint caught it and alerted us so we could add more conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Blackpoint Cyber is more then just monitoring!"

What do you like best about Blackpoint Cyber?

We have found their detection to be significally better then some competing products we have previously used. Additionally focusing more along the tradecraft has provided a better piece of mind vs just lookign for known threats and alerts. The current security landscape is filled with bad actors that leverage both known bad and known good software to perform their breaches. Knowing Blackpoint monitors both the bad but also the good for intent and behavior allows ourselves and our clients to sleep better at night. Additiinally as new feature and functions come out they are provided to our clients without any additional cost! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackpoint Cyber?

Lacks some customization options that a traditional SIEM may offer, especally around tie ins to 3rd party products they may not immediately integrate with. Billing can be a potential headache based on commitments and if a client may go down in size. Have not experianced the issue yet, but would prefer a direct used agent billing vs commitment counts that may be out of date. Just comes across as a potential pain that I am hoping to avoid. What do you like best about Blackpoint Cyber?

I feel like they always have my back and are looking out for our security needs. They are constantly on the alert and I get timely and accurate alerts and details from their system.

The product is simple to deploy with our RMM tool.

Blackpoint has always been very reponsive to any incidients. Installation of agents is easy and onboarding was good. Support team has been helpful with any issues. Pricing is fair as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blackpoint Cyber?

Uninstall packages are not built into RMM integrations, so that can be a little tricky. Support has been helpful but I am not sure why this is not an option out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
