What do you like best about Blackboard Mass Notification?

What do you like best about Blackboard Mass Notification?

A draft can be made and quickly modified to fit a summary in an SMS message, RTF for an email, and automatically dictated for a phone call.

What do you dislike about Blackboard Mass Notification?

The import options lack options common among other enterprise-level tools. It is manageable but requires more touch from an admin than one would think necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blackboard Mass Notification solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are notifying thousand of people of important updates. This has made sending a staff email easy, but also a message to all parents at a school, all persons associated with a particular school building, or every staff, student, parent, etc., we have in the district. The ability to send via social media, SMS, email, etc, and scalability in selecting message recipients is terrific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
