It is easy to add new people to a folder and determine if the single person should have special rights or join an existing group. It is easy to set up workspaces for a project so people can all work in the same area for files. The admin area is also very robust to do audits and set up new users. The interface is very simple and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about BlackBerry UEM?** Not intuitive for people to determine what DRM is set up for them. There is a need to have software to help manage the DRM on a computer that adds an issue for people who need admin access to install the software. People also do not get notified quickly about what files are being asked of them. There are notifications that are sent out, but they are easily ignored and missed. I found notifications from two years ago in my workspace that I never got. Setting up SSO requires contact with the Blackberry team and cannot be done by ourselves. **What problems is BlackBerry UEM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are sharing files that are sensitive to other users that are outside of the network. There are certain specific things that are annoying but overall good and has many useful features. The app generally loads things very quickly, for example even with a large amount of email which is common, the app will download and display all the emails quickly. **What do you dislike about BlackBerry UEM?** There are certain annoying things with specific apps in the platform. For example in the email app, it seems impossible to copy an email address. This is an important feature and it should be easier to do this. I would also like to see more integrations with other platforms,specifically chat platforms like Microsoft Teams, slack, etc. for example. Companies are using these chat platforms more and more to replace email. Sometimes the platform is just generally slow as well. Sometimes large amounts of email can take a long time to load. This also varies based on the network connection of the device, sometimes on cellular data, emails can take longer to load. The platform is powerful but can be complicated to use. Although email is the primary app being used in the platform, we have several different apps which employees can use through the blackberry platform. The goal is to replicate all the apps that employees already can use on the computer at the office. Besides email, the main app is a web browser. The Blackberry platform includes this and allows employees to use the web on their phones, along with accessing email. However, if you need to either save the attachment onto your phone for viewing purposes later, or would like to forward the attachment via e-mail to another recipient, the platform will not allow you to do this and instead, you can only forward the original e-mail you received with the attachment included which you may not want to do if there is a e-mail chain included that the recipient does not need to be aware of.
