Terrible customer service, constant issues **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2017 **What do you like best about Blackbaud TeamRaiser?** Participant/ donor reports are relatively easy to pull **What do you dislike about Blackbaud TeamRaiser?** Our volunteers always have issues with the TeamRaiser websites. The customer service is terrible. As an example, on the last day of our donation cycle, all our TeamRaiser pages weren’t working. Turns out that Blackbaud was doing routine maintenance, but they didn’t notify us first! This probably translates to thousands of missed dollars for us. I had so many donors and volunteers call me that day to say they couldn’t donate. **What problems is Blackbaud TeamRaiser solving and how is that benefiting you?** TeamRaiser allows us to give our volunteers more fundraising tools, which ultimately brings in more donations. ### 2.
