**What do you like best about Blackbaud ResearchPoint?**

The Customer support offered by Blackbaud is great.  They can help with any thing that comes up and their assistance with creating reports has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Blackbaud ResearchPoint?**

The software is not at all intuative and getting started has been difficult.  Luckily, they have numerous videos available to watch and learn from.

**What problems is Blackbaud ResearchPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to be able to grow our donor base as we are getting ready to launch a captial campaign for two separate sites.
