RE-NXT is too vast. There are too many options which makes it difficult to tweak for our specific needs. The transition from database to NXT (web-view) has been slow, frustrating and feels incomplete. I feel something like a guinea-pig. I like Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT because it allows us to have all of our information in one place, which is really convenient. I appreciate the automation features and the access it provides on the go, which are quite handy for managing tasks efficiently. The dashboards are a valuable tool I use and find very helpful. Things are taking longer than expected due to the learning curve and difficulty viewing information. There are no color or visual cues to help your eye differentiate between icons. Everything is gray and looks the same. The system doesn't have an intuitive feel making it difficult to find what you are looking for. It would have been nice to be asked what works and doesn't prior to making a big change. Difficult and we still don't understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's great for pulling donor reports and updating info when there are changes. It's also helpful for tracking all of our giving throughout the fiscal year and knowing who our donors are and their relationship to our organization. The initial setup was fairly easy too.
