Besides the continual movement and improvement of webview, I think adding a more robust conditional acknowledgement process to the product would be the #1 request of users. It is very intuitive and user friendly, with visually appealing screens. The performance is usually good. All of the information you need is in the knowledgebase and it is easy to train new staff. Not all of the items are the same as in database view, and not all of the same functionalities are available in NXT that I am used to having access in database view. No system is perfect, and RENXT is no exception. As Blackbaud continues to innovate and roll out new features to the product it can create pain points with usability and processes. It is increasingly reliant on 3rd party platforms (like MS PowerAutomate) for building custom workflows which is an additional cost and adds another system to learn. Personally, I like how straightforward Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is to use. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to navigate. You can even personalize your dashboard to only show the information you need. I really like using it and creating individual lists depending on what I need. What I dislike the most about Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is how slow it runs. It is easier for me to look up information in database view rather than web view just because it takes the web view much longer to load things like reports and constituent profiles. The updates Blackbaud has planned are exciting. A new, more easy to view constituent page is coming plus new features to help with trip planning, research profiles and more.
