Online Express offers easy donation form creation and you are able to create multiple forms for your website. We use WordPress website so you could take the code and embed on your site. It's very easy to create forms and they are very easy to use and it's an easy process for the donor making a gift. You are able to setup pledge payments options so donors could choose when they would like pledge gifts to be taken from their account. I wish they offered recurring donation feature on their forms however they say this is coming. Their tools are a little pricey. Customer service sometimes is very slow to respond. Our office uses the online donations and email marketing features the most, and the donation platform feels really smooth. It's easy for donors to complete their transaction online, and it's perhaps even easier on the backend to complete the process and accept and log the donations. It's easy to understand and use. The email marketing feature is not as intuitive as one would hope. There are some clunky attributes with this feature, and we have to put employees through Blackbaud courses on this aspect in order for things to be properly designed and well functioning. My organization receives different kinds of donations. Regular donations and donations through an event form. I like that there is one place that I can go to keep track of those. Online express is fairly easy, user friendly and an intuitive tool for creating tailored donation forms. It integrates well with Raisers and you’re able to easily view online donations in an attractive platform. You could customize multiple donation forms based on different appeals. It is not super customize-able, so if we want to get extra information from respondents/registrants/donors, it's not that easy to do. It is especially difficult with our membership program as we would like to capture information like adults, children, birthdates, ages, etc. and can't because we can't customize.
