I don't like that you can't make changes to a play once it has started. From the caller's perspective, it works reasonably well and has many unique and customized features, such as displaying the weather where the constituent called lives currently. Callers learn how to use their portion of the system quickly with minimal training, which is excellent for student calling centers. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud Guided Fundraising?** From the data and administrator perspective, Guided Fundraising lacks some needed finesse. Firstly, there is no auto-connection or feed process established with Raiser's Edge NXT or Raiser's Edge despite being another Blackbaud product. Support for Guided Fundraising says this feature will be coming, but our institution has been using Guided Fundraising for over a year now and has not heard any more detail about this coming update. Coming from a homegrown system that fed with our previous database on a nightly schedule, this has been a cumbersome change for our organization. In addition, when mapping fields for the data import for Guided Fundraising, there are character limits and other data limitations that make that process more cumbersome than is necessary. Furthermore, some fields are not yet mapped, which reduces the amount of information a caller has to build rapport. Again, we know updates are being made constantly, but it does create a problem for us currently. We've even had to request that specific fields be manually added for us without much guidance from the support team, and so that has made the implementation of this software more frustrating. **What problems is Blackbaud Guided Fundraising solving and how is that benefiting you?** As previously stated, Guided Fundraising provides a wonderful experience for the front-end caller.
