The data is robust which makes reporting easier. The system is rarely down. Dashboard is a nice feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When something isn't working we get asked to put our "idea" for a vote on a site I can never find. Rarely does the issue get resolved. For example, when I receive an application from an organization and there is a change in the legal name or contact's title, it does not get updated in the system. I have to rely on my knowledge to see if there is a change and manually update the system. Working with documents in the system (i.e. making changes and uploading) has been very cumbersome since SKY launched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that its integrated with our other Blackbaud products. I wasn't part of implementation but as far as i understand, it was relatively easy to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that the BBGM integrations are limited. I would prefer if BBGM could write to the other BB products we use like FE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Made many of the processes more efficient, especially any online grantmaking applications that needed to be filled out. Cloud-based nature meant it did not take up much storage on my computer, which was necessary for the amount of work being put out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
