This system has been very user-friendly and gives me the ability to tackle multiple job duties within one platform. Blackbaud's sales people were nice and made us feel like we were going to get something that was going to be very useful and efficient for our company. BB customer service is terrible and unable to get invoicing right. They add on options/charges to our invoices that we didn't request and didn't use (because we didn't know we had). Blackbaud CRM has a much stronger Marketing and Communications function and allows organizations to further segment emails. I like that its fairly user friendly and you can see all the information for your people in one place. I like that you can run reports and they have a great chat feature which gives you a step by step tutorial if you are having a hard time figuring something out. I also like that you can use eTapesty and the merchant services portal separately if you don't want to use them both at once or if you switch to a new system. I don't like that its hard to run reports that need more than a couple requirements. Also, its doesn't walk to all the apps that we want to use and its hard to connect to our website.
