Blackbaud's onBoard software has been a critical part of our school's data integration and record keeping. The system is straight forward and contains the major features that an educational institution needs. We've been able to create custom features for our school's portal through this software. It's capable for a lot more than our previous software in the fact that we can tie in needs of multiple departments, including faculty and parents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about onBoard is some functions are not named to be fully reflect their capabilities or scope of function. I think they are trying get sound creative with naming features, but then it's not often obvious to the end user. I find myself looking in multiple places to accomplish a certain function at times.
