Error flags are too vague when applicant families encounter them, duplicate records are created far too often (despite attempts to curtail these), and enrollment contract reminders and due dates aren't sufficiently granular for our assignment of our annual contracts on a rolling basis. What is advantageous is Blackbaud's services can connect seamlessly, ensuring a better end-user experience and data accuracy between services. As Blackbaud continues to transition to its NXT, K12 Education, and Sky data platforms, it has also been easier to pivot during the pandemic and customize things enough to meet Ministry requirements, School Reports, etc. The Enrollment Management System is one of their services that provides a robust experience to both the end-user and manager with the inquiry, application, and offer. The Enrollment Management System manages the contract or Agreements used in the offer process. Not every organization has admissions managing this process and, therefore, should ensure that if other stakeholders manage the contracts, they also buy into using it.
