Blackbaud consistently updates its Enrollment Management System and focuses on streamlining financial aid awards, assigning and generating contracts, and integration between Blackbaud Billing Management and Blackbaud Tuition Management. Blackbaud Enrollment Management System makes it incredibly easy to update and enter student information. We use the software on a day-to-day basis and have found it incredibly easy to implement into our admissions process. The process allows for users to easily upload report cards and apply for themselves. The checklist we can assign assists the users on how to create their applications. It eliminates the need for paper copies of grades, transcripts and applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The backend can be difficult to use for contract building and assigning families to payment portions. I'm not a member of the admissions team but the IT department has had to serve as a help for admissions because the backend options to building contracts and assigning them can be difficult to grasp for non tech people. I like the ease of use of the Enrollment management system. For the most part, it is easy for families and our staff to use.

Support is pretty helpful as well when our staff forgets how to do something (which happens often as they only do it once a week).

EMS makes processing inquiries and applications really quick and easy. Correspondingly, the parent portal makes it easy for our families to apply and keeps everything organized on our end.
