I have used several LMS programs and this is the best one by far because of the seamless integration across all fronts. Admission contracts flowing over into TM has created a much smoother process for our finance department and has lessened their workload significantly. Being able to enroll a candidate with all the information already given through the admissions process has made the academic side of things extremely helpful as well.

Keeping track of candidates and their progress is easy and has allowed for our admission progress to be helpful for both us and our candidates. It was easy to implement our enrollment forms into the admissions process, and we have seen admissions documents filled out and returned in a timely manner. There is no easy way to keep up with enrollment numbers. Reports rarely pull accurately. We keep our own spreadsheet of re-enrolling, new students, priority students, and students in process separate from Blackbaud in our own google sheet because I can't rely on Blackbaud to have the correct numbers. Blackbaud consistently updates its Enrollment Management System and focuses on streamlining financial aid awards, assigning and generating contracts, and integration between Blackbaud Billing Management and Blackbaud Tuition Management. Blackbaud Enrollment Management System makes it incredibly easy to update and enter student information. We use the software on a day-to-day basis and have found it incredibly easy to implement into our admissions process. The backend can be difficult to use for contract building and assigning families to payment portions. I'm not a member of the admissions team but the IT department has had to serve as a help for admissions because the backend options to building contracts and assigning them can be difficult to grasp for non tech people. EMS makes processing inquiries and applications really quick and easy. Correspondingly, the parent portal makes it easy for our families to apply and keeps everything organized on our end.
