1) I found it user friendly
2) Scalability

**What do you dislike about Black Lab?**

1)  Repository is yet limited.
2) Performance on oldr hardware is not at par.
3) Learning curve is quit high.

**What problems is Black Lab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) It it more user friendly than other versions of Linux
2) Provision for customization was the biggest challenage solve many folds by black lab
3) Regular updates is one if the major advantage
