**What do you like best about Black Lab?**

The professional greeting, taking messages. The best part is it takes orders too, which is really needed for any eCommerce or any service-based company.

**What do you dislike about Black Lab?**

Data sharing. Black Labs have acces to your personal data and their analytics is not that much enhanced to prvide detailed insights.

**Recommendations to others considering Black Lab:**

If you are worried about your customer care or customer support, please go for it.

**What problems is Black Lab solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate 24x7 but the problem sometimes is, that we do not have the workforce to handle the customer queries. In those cases, we use black lab to take care of the offline customer calls and we get enough time to get back to the customers with substantial infomration.

sometimes issues in their package installer during the patch upgrade in it
