Blink has a ton of great integrations, a robust API (The best I have seen) and phenomenal analytics. Of all of the 100+ software I use, they may have the best customer support. They go above and beyond to try and help me with the many use cases I have implemented. Truly world class! **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** To get the best analytics from their API (if you want to add to your custom data platforms), you really need an Enterprise account which is a little out of my budget at the moment. But the software is well priced. I am just not there yet in the lifecycle of my business. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** My favorite use case so far is that I have a client who is a personal trainer who has her clients fill out a check-in form daily. The problem we would have is that her clients would lose the link to the form, and they would have to enter their email address each time so we know who was submitting the form. Now we create a custom branded link in BL.INK that has https://herdomain.com/firstnamelastname. The handle Chrome extension makes it easy to do it on the fly. I can add team members, and also avoid using redirects on my main money site. This is a fantastic tool. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** The UI was a little off since it took a bit to understand the dropdown for the various domains. But once I got a handle on it, it was perfect. As I'll mention further into my review, being able to update links and/or domain names is the main reason I chose BL.INK over other services. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Not enough reporting for price level. I'm on the Expert+ plan, which is $48/month. To not be able to see, what I think are, basic analytics, such as referrers, devices, and locations at that price level is really not great. To have to pay $99/month for those is excessive, to say the least. **Recommendations to others considering BL.INK:** Consider how you'll use it and if you need the paid features, carefully. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main reason that I chose BL.INK was the ability to change URLs, whenever I need to. Sometimes, links change or even domain names. Products like bit.ly don't allow you to EVER change your links, nor do they allow you to have shortlinks that may be common to other users' link names. Bl.ink was suggested to us by one of our partners and we created campaigns immediately. There are some great features like dynamic URLs for affiliate marketing, Analytics reports that are intuitive, ease of creating URLs (We uploaded a bunch of URLs at one go with a csv file) All in all we are happy we chose bl.ink for link shortening for campaigns on our social media accounts. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Would like the functionality of creating folders for different campaigns and can have the URLs residing in those folders. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have affiliate marketing programs that changed often, this led us to remember and change each link that had been published on the website. It's all there when you look for it but not the most user-friendly. I prefer to pull my reports into Google Sheets and into a custom analytics program i've built as I don't think the dashboards inside of Blink are that great.
