Workforce Verify is work and activity monitoring software for virtual assistant businesses and companies with remote employees, built around their clients' privacy. Most monitoring tools prove hours with screenshots, which copy client files, account details and patient records to a third party. Workforce Verify takes no screenshots, ever. People sign in with Windows Hello. A camera check counts how many people are at the desk and keeps only the count, never an image. It checks that the pointer moves like a hand, that typing has a human rhythm and that the computer does not mark the input as software generated, so mouse jigglers and auto typers stand out. It counts key presses and movement, never which keys or what was typed. Anything unusual becomes a moment for a manager to accept, adjust or dispute. Breaks are pressed by the worker and never flagged. Managers get a daily view per person and an end of week report they can save as a PDF. Each work session can be tagged to a client, and with BKNeXchange Tasker each period can close with a report the client signs, showing the hours verified. Runs on its own with Start work and End work, or with BKNeXchange Workforce Core's time clock at a lower rate. Priced per verified user per month, with a 60 day free trial. Workforce Verify is in early access.
