"Bizzabo Is A Perfect Tools To Streamlined Event Management, Room for UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

The on-demand kiosk with batch printing modules in Bizzabo is the best I like, which really saves my sanity. These features make check-in incredibly easy by linking directly to on-site wireless printers, allowing attendees to scan their confirmation QR code from their phone and print their entry badges in seconds. This setup completely vaporizes morning entrance lines and makes registration smooth and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

The component that I think needs a bit of polish is the built-in email blast editors. It feels a bit too old and quite impossible to work with in these modern times. Trying to customize complex promotional layouts or modify custom HTML blocks within the event communication dashboard can be frustratingly clunky compared to modern dedicated email tools. "Effortless Event Management with Superb Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I like how intuitive Bizzabo is. It's super simple to use, and their team is very nice and trains us really well on the platform, which makes it really helpful for learning everything quickly and just running with it. I appreciate knowing that support from both the support team and the account management team is always available, as they reply to us very quickly when we have any issues. This responsiveness really helps us, especially as we onboard more people into the team. I also like their good knowledge base and training videos, which made the initial setup fairly easy. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think one thing that would be great is if their event website were more customizable. We currently have to outsource the website because we want it to be very customised. They don't have this much flexibility when creating the website. So if we had more flexibility, we would keep the website within Bizzabo rather than outsourcing it and then connecting things like agenda and tickets to our website, so everything stays in the same place. "Streamlined Event Management with Some Navigation Challenges"
4/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I use Bizzabo regularly for event registrations and find it really easy to collate all delegates in one place. For events with 100+ people, exporting email addresses is simple without doing this one at a time. Exporting mass registrants is really easy, and I can edit which fields I need, making it easier to report on our own events. It's convenient to filter out ticket holders and export them with relevant data for event registration and data reporting. The initial setup was relatively easy, and the training was detailed. What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

Our Bizzabo doesn't link with our version of Salesforce so we have to manually add the registrations to keep records of this. It's also a bit difficult to navigate, I feel like there are a lot of unnecessary pages and it takes ages to find something relevant (like finding the template for the outgoing emails to edit). "User-Friendly Event Management with Limited Flexibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I find Bizzabo very user-friendly and easy to use, which is important for me since I'm not a software engineer and work in marketing. It's great that the platform doesn't overwhelm users and helps streamline my job without needing to learn complicated new things for web tasks, which are only a small part of my bigger campaigns. The initial setup was quite easy too, making the transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think sometimes because Bizzabo is easy to use, it means there isn't as much flexibility in creative elements on the website such as the header or the creative, custom boxes. It all has to be the button can't be above. It has to be below because there's no function to move it, and it's part of being easy to use, but, therefore, there's less creativity in it. "Excellent UX, Fast Performance, and Easy Salesforce Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

The UX is very good and is easily accessible. I can create the event with the builder and also get the registration flow also setup easily. The integration with the salesforce is quite easy and I can see the leads enter salesforce. The performance about the page is good. The page loads quite fast and handles all the wok load if there are many many registrations on the page. Pricing compared to the other vendors is also economical and the ROI which we are getting is very good. The support from the bizzabo team is very well handled and they have small SLA to help us with whatever help we needed. I am still to experience about AI/Intelligence. "Streamlined Event Management with Intuitive UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I really like Bizzabo for its intuitive interface. I wasn't trained much on how to use it, but because everything is clear and easy to navigate, I could learn quickly. I love that you can assign roles to registrations, making it easy to categorize people as canceled or disqualified. The registration process is super easy to navigate, and getting an email notification whenever someone registers is super helpful. The UI is really clean with not much visual clutter, which is really helpful. Also, the initial setup was really easy. I got access via email and could view all our events quite easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think one thing that could be improved is if you're using the Bizzabo interface, if you could get a notification up in the top right corner from your notifications tab, that would also be super helpful. Or maybe, like, notifications in your browser when someone registers. Or, like, maybe some sort of system or AI that flags people as dodgy. Because sometimes we get, like, dodgy registrations, like people lying or people going to fake email address. So maybe Bizzabo had something that flags that, that'd be really helpful. "Straightforward and Efficient, But Reliability Concerns"
4/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I find Bizzabo to be really straightforward and easy to use. I like exporting the lists into sheets or Excel, which is quite beneficial for me. Setting up promo codes is very straightforward, with detailed and complex options for various codes, discounts, and group bookings. I can set up bookings ranging from one to fifty or even unlimited in relation to one promo code. As a delegate sales manager, this platform really helps me keep an eye on what my team is doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

When it doesn't work, we've had incidents when Bizzabo is being down, and that's a problem. I don't know what the issue is, but we weren't able to do any registrations when the platform was down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Event Management with Bizzabo Is Streamlined To Be Intuitive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

The best about this software is the white label mobile apps' standard features in Bizzabo. It makes my work easy because I can completely brand the attendees' experience, from the splash screen to the interactive flow map, without writing a single line of code. And it provides a premium feel that rivals custom-built applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I think what I dislike and what needs improvement is the pricing structure for micro events. It feels a bit restrictive. I would love to see a more flexible usage-based model for our smaller region workshops, as the current cost can be hard to justify even with fewer than 100 attendees. "Intuitive Platform, Room for Virtual Navigation Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bizzabo?

I really like how intuitive the backend of Bizzabo is. There is no coding required, making it very easy to navigate and customize events. It allows for quick setup and easy use throughout the planning process. We can quickly and easily check on registrations, add sessions and speakers, and more. We had great support from our Customer Success Manager throughout the whole onboarding experience, which made the initial setup very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizzabo?

I find that they offer a lot of capabilities to enhance the event experience for attendees, but they are all very expensive add-ons, which makes it very challenging to deliver an experience that doesn't feel like another webinar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
