What do you dislike about Bizzabo? Reporting functions are minimal, very difficult to naviagate. Not intuitive to use. No training for new onboarding. The interface is not user-friendly; it is confusing for external speakers coming into the software for the first time, and toggling between sessions is problematic. There is not a lot - I was not impressed with Cvent and after using it for five years was excited to switch over to Bizzabo. I was horribly disappointed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bizzabo? Terrible customer service and support - slow to respond, answers are often vague and unhelpful. The platform itself was sold as being able to do all these wonderful things, however once you get in there you realize it's not so flexible and a lot of the bells and whistles they told you about are extra add ons and you'll either need to pay more to that feature or get your web developer to create it for you. We initially thought it would be a good all-in-one solution for a virtual events platform, however the streaming capabilities are not sophisticated at all.
