Bizrate Insights makes it easy to collect valuable customer feedback right after purchase. I like that the platform provides both quantitative scores and open-ended comments, which helps us quickly identify what’s working well and where we can improve. The reporting is straightforward, and the integration into our e-commerce workflow is seamless

At times the dashboard feels a little limited in customization, and digging deeper into the data can take extra effort. Some of the reporting could be more flexible to allow for easier segmentation and trend analysis. That said, the core insights are still very valuable.

The Bizrate team is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They were very open to us adding our own custom questions on top of their standard survey set, which gave us the exact insights we needed for market research. The feedback has helped us prove out important theories about how customers find us and why they choose to buy from us. Their reps have been patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The platform itself is also easy to use and integrates smoothly with BigCommerce, which made implementation simple.

Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes. Even setup and configuration were straightforward.

Bizrates voice-of-customer surveys give us a better understanding of our shoppers journeys. I use the VitalSigns dashboard weekly to review the collected data and provide actionable feedback to our team. The Online Buyer Comments report helps me to monitor feedback throughout our customers journeys. I read through the reporting for our brands and when action is needed, I assign the comment to someone specific on our team to take action. Many times people are trying to get in contact with customer service regarding delayed orders, broken items, missing items, and need assistance in doing so. Sometimes people are simply unsure of how to add discount codes or gift messaging to their orders or are looking for specific dimensions of items and can’t find it on the site on their own. Bizrate allows us to bridge the gap and assist our customers throughout their journey in real time.

I can't say there's anything that I dislike about Bizrate.

Masego from BizRate cares greatly about our business, MarineAndReef.com. She does a great job summarizing and collating the customer feedback data from store reviews. She helps us to understand how we are perceived by our customers. Through the data collected by BizRate we can see how we stack up against other companies in terms of our product offerings, website design, customer and service and other factors.

**What do you dislike about Bizrate Insights?**

I've had some difficulties implementing the code. But is more of an issue with the software we use for our E-commerce platform (Volusion).

**What problems is Bizrate Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BizRate helps us to determine which problems need to be addresses based on the feedback from the customers. At the moment the data is telling us we need to concentrate on customer support.

It's easy to use, it offers valuable insight into our customers' experiences, and I appreciate our Bizrate  agent was the first of all the agencies and services we work with to notify us we forgot to replace our pixels after our website update. We appreciate you, Myranda!

We have no complaints. Surely we like anyone else would like more data in the free version but even the free insights have led to changes on our website and improvements in our customer experience both on and off the site.

Working with the Bizrate team has been such a positive experience. They're always helpful, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us reach our goals for our clients. Nicole and Karah are the best. The platform itself provides amazing insights and is extremely easy to use. It’s incredibly valuable to see how customers feel about their buying experience and to identify areas where we can improve. The data is a great tool to support overall business and marketing decisions. There's nothing better than hearing from the customers themselves. I really appreciate the partnership and collaboration the Bizrate team brings to the table.

Bizrate provides very useful data that helps drive a lot of our user experience initiatives. It also helps us to dive into customer complaints that could be bug related after we release a new feature on our website.

**What do you dislike about Bizrate Insights?**

Not many dislikes to note. I do wish there were a way to find the user experience related nuggets that I find when I read through all of the comments. There are so many comments that are very helpful to read, but sometimes it's hard to diagnose which comments are actual problems with the site versus complaints that are more user error related.

**What problems is Bizrate Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve a lot of the problems our customers experience with our site by providing their feedback to us. We've been able to find bugs after site releases, determine areas of frustration for users on the site, obtain valuable feedback from tests that we've run on loyalty program and placements of new features. Bizrate has benefitted us in many ways and their support team is amazing.

Bizrate makes it incredibly seamless to capture customer feedback and view results in real time, enabling retailers to act quickly on valuable insights. One of its standout strengths is the ability to customize survey invitations, allowing them to feel like a natural extension of a brand’s identity and creating a more engaging experience for customers.

Another highly valuable feature is the ease with which merchants can export customer verbatims directly from the tool — saving time, improving efficiency, and ensuring that teams can easily share authentic customer feedback across the organization.

The reports that are available within the tool are easy to use, and extremely helpful!

**What do you dislike about Bizrate Insights?**

The only area I see for improvement with Bizrate is in the look and feel of the survey itself, which could benefit from a more modern design. Updating the fonts to be more user-friendly and refining the question format could help align it more closely with competitors.

Bizrate has allowed us to capture critical customer feedback from our eCommerce platforms during critical parts of their order journey. Bizrate insights has allowed us to tackle these customer frustration points and make meaningful business decisions. For example, customers were complaining via Bizrate that their packages were arriving damaged, and we were able to use this feedback and quantify it and make changes to our packages.

I use Bizrate daily and I'd say the most helpful thing about using Bizrate is knowing that our customers are leaving detailed reviews with feedback on what we can do to improve our company. The number of features have been great, as well. I go through quarterly meetings with a bizrate representative and it helps us view the most common problems within that quarter. It has been super helpful!

**What do you dislike about Bizrate Insights?**

Some customers of ours aren't quite sure what the reward is until the review is finished. It then tells them its to a magazine subscription which isn't relatable to our company and some customers have been upset over it.

We use many of the feedback mechanisms to stay aware of our customers experiences. We especially like to ability respond almost immediately to any service issues which really impresses our customers. Also, really appreciate the ability to customize the surveys to meet our ever-changing needs. I personally receive daily reports which highlight specific types of customer feedback.

Wow, nothing I can think of. The tools are very intuitive and the team behind those tools is very responsive to our needs.

They help you set up and run your surveys, including custom questions. They also have analysts that help you spot trends in your responses and find opportunities to improve your business.

**What do you dislike about Bizrate Insights?**

Some elements of the surveys are not customizable, including the $100 offer. We are also only able to capture feedback from customers who made a purchase, so we are missing out on people who were potential customers, but did not convert.

Keeping a pulse on our business, getting real customer feedback on our day-to-day performance. Measuring these trends over time to spot problems early.

Ties in with Google Customer Reviews, good price. Dedicated Account Manager is available to answer any questions. We use it on 3 of our sites and have had good results. 

The new integration is straightforward with just an App to download and a Merchant ID to enter. The ability to remove Site Abandonment surveys with one click also helps, it just isn't something we want for all sites so being able to remove them is great.

Limited flexibility customizing the questions/time delay for the secondary survey. Site look/feel is a bit dated.

Authority online, it helps provide our customers with confidence and trust to order from us.

Showcasing the device type. Also in general, Bizrate allows us to view our Guests' intentions when visiting our website.  That allows us to build the best experience we can while they are shopping with us.

Not being able to get data after a certain period of time to view historical trends.

**What problems is Bizrate Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying issues that are Guests are seeing while shopping our website. It allows us to view the site as a Guest would, in some cases where we didn't identify pain points that lead to a bad shopping experience.

Getting insights into the post-purchase process is extremely invaluable. This is typically an area where brands don't receive feedback or follow-up, but can impact the customer experience. Great that we're able to get insights for both during purchase process, immediately post-purchase, and post-fulfillment.

**What do you dislike about Bizrate Insights?**

There are certain things we'd like to have the ability to manually do ourselves (ex. adding or editing custom questions) that require our rep assistance.

The customer support is excellent. I always deal with the same person, and she is on top of things and always willing to help.

The changing nature of the ecommerce ecosystem hamstrings some of their offerings (shopify limits the design capabilities of some surveys and things like that). Not their fault, but frustrating from a web development standpoint.

We primarily use them to offer abandoned cart and post checkout surveys.

Removed ability to cross-tabulate responses to better understand comments from customers who answered questions a specific way or to see how they answered other questions.

Provides another touchpoint to understand where there are opportunities to improve the shopping experience and how that changes over time as new features are added or new experiences are tested.

The report returns a simple high level information that is easy to understand.

Not really sure about this, but I think it could be to add a maximum character limit to the customer's feedback. So that the customer can be more straight forward about their feedback and concern.

It is helping us to know our customer's concern. Also, it helps us sometimes to know if there's some issue in our live site based on the customer's feedback.
