Aside from the absolutely edge cutting technology, I love BiznessApps' support! It's definitely the smoothest client and business relationship I've had. They treat us like a partner and are extremely responsive to all our needs. What do you dislike about BiznessApps? Not being kept in the loop of the new feature development processes. I usually find out about new features once they are live or in beta. I'd love to be more involved and know what's in the development pipeline by the tech team and BA. There are also areas of the platform which I think can be slight more flexible and allow for more customisation, which would make a huge difference to the apps. What i love best about biznessapps is their tech support/ customer service. I live in an ASIAN country but i still get amazing and outstanding tech support even on sundays. Time difference was never an hindrance for me. They provide a very innovative platform and they constantly update the platform for the better. They update and upgrade their app features once in awhile that makes it easier for resellers like me to sell app to SMB's.
