"Great Training Resources!"

What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I love the variety of courses available from top training providers. I also like the ease of administration. The fact that many courses are micro-learning makes it even better. There are also varieties of training on the same subject but with different presenters. The variety makes it easier to tailor the training for a specific audience. I used their SCORM feature which allows me to use my own LMS and link directly to BizLibrary. There are so many different modules, I am able to meet all of our compliance needs for all the states we operate in with one platform. I don't have to cobble together training from different vendors. What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

Recommendations to others considering BizLibrary:

There are several: have an overall strategy of what you are trying to accomplish. Consider your available technological resources so that all have the opportunity to participate in training. Be sure to survey your employees and management as to what training is top on their must-have list. Keep content fresh and relevant. What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although we are a relatively small company, our training needs are quite diverse - from basic safety training to leadership and professional development. "Love Biz Library"

What do you like best about BizLibrary?

I can cover compliance trainings, management development, new supervisor tactics, business analytics, even lifestyle enhancement by being a Biz Library administrator. My company (especially the CEO) has fully embraced and we doubled our licenses in the first year because of this. Excellent material. User-friendly platform, including administration. What problems is BizLibrary solving and how is that benefiting you?

For economy's sake this year we have used the extensive Harassment Trainings offered instead of having to bring everyone together for classroom training. We are going to follow a program of Stay Interviews, inspired by BL, instead of doing a full employee opinion survey. We have something to offer newly promoted or hired supervisors, videos to enhance classroom trainings. "Something Great For Everyone"

What do you like best about BizLibrary?

What do you like best about BizLibrary?

BizLibrary is a great tool to provide learning to employees across the country. The platform allows for consistency in training across the company as well as customization.The Client Success Staff is excellent and extremely responsive. Our employees have embraced the learning. VAST amount of content, with most available in short, "bite-sized" videos... allowing staff to access and take when it fits best with their schedules and without requiring an entire afternoon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BizLibrary?

While content is strong around alot of soft skills, they are in need of a great deal more skill-specific or role/industry-specific content. As a couple of examples, there is a real need for software training such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Python, SQL, R, and other big-data tools we use today (as do many other companies out there)... and much more needed for leadership competencies for those who aspire to move into a management role at some point. JIT learning & development for all staff across the country at a fraction of the cost we'd incur if we held a class here at the Corporate offices and flew employees in.
