Our company has tried several LMS platforms over the last few years before turning to BizLibrary. Previous platforms help you get set up and then you're just another user and get lost in the abyss. From the implementation to today, the folks at BizLibrary have been incredibly hands on, helpful, prompt, and friendly. We truly feel like a valued customer with BizLibrary. There really isn't anything I dislike, but I do wish that there were more upbeat options with trainings. There are some great companies/speakers that do a great job with high energy, but some of the more basic "compliance" type trainings can be a bit mundane and monotone. Some of our favorite features of BizLibrary include its vast library of training videos, the ability to upload your custom training videos, and the ability to assign and track training blocks. And, as a full-feature LMS (Learning Management System) you can require participants to take quizzes after each video to help ensure they paid attention. The only real issue I have with BizLibrary is once a user watches a training course then they can't be reassigned to the same course again in the future because it will automatically flag it as completed.
