They do their best to listen carefully to the criteria required and follow processes to your exact specifications and, when they occasionally miss the mark, the team is quick to jump on a call to resolve the issue. **What do you dislike about BizKonnect?** Sometimes processes and requirements will need to be repeated over the course of several months, I am thinking this may be due to some turnover and training of new analysts on their team. They went out of their way to reach out to prospects for an event we were attending too. **What do you dislike about BizKonnect?** Nothing in particular to dislike but I am yet to try out their cold calling services for lead generation. Email marketing has been effective hence will start cold calling soon. **What problems is BizKonnect solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did not know the right PoCs to reach out to for our prospects. Also to follow up with them at regular intervals was difficult to manage with a large sales team. Also lead management through a spreadsheet makes the allocation very simple. ### 5.
