BizKonnect work harder than most data organisations to really find the right contacts, completely up to date, with every field exactly as asked, including some more difficult fields to fill such as establishing which software contacts use for particular applications. They are highly responsive and really helpful. It really is a case of quality over bulk quantity that will often have less value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about BizKonnect? The only downside is the way they supply data in batches. As a client we would prefer to get it all in one go, even with a slight delay! The bizkonnect team were very responsive, receptive and diligent about the work. Easy to work, engaged and neatly delivered results as expected.They conducted timely meetings and sent reports to keep me updated of the progress of the project. One constructive feedback for both parties engaged would be to vet the annotations in the initial few days to confirm that both parties are on the same page of understanding the intricacies of the different annotation classes involved.
