BizKhata is a GST billing and inventory app built for small Indian shops — kirana, medical, mobile, hardware, garment and small wholesalers. Create GST tax invoices with automatic CGST/SGST or IGST, HSN codes and GSTINs, print them on 58mm/80mm thermal printers or share A4/A5 PDFs on WhatsApp with a UPI QR for the exact amount. Stock updates with every sale and purchase, with barcode scanning and low-stock alerts. Customer and supplier dues (udhaar khata) are linked to bills. Monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B helper sheets are ready for your CA, and paid plans can draft purchase entries from an uploaded supplier bill using AI. Billing works offline on Android and syncs with the web app. Start with a 30-day trial, stay on the Free plan, or buy a monthly, yearly or one-time lifetime licence. Not included: e-invoice (IRN), e-way bill, full double-entry accounting.
