Some features I would like are missing but Bizimply is constantly under development with new features coming our frequently.

There is a bit of a learning curve when first start using the system but Bizimply Support are available to help Monday to Friday and theres lots of support documentation available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We migrated to Bizimply in February 2023 and the migration process was seamless. The team were on hand to ensure a smooth transition from our prevous TMS provider. The system itself has greatly improved overall efficency within our business and has resulted in greater engagement within the PELCO group. I like that the set up was relatively painless and it's very easy to maintain and adapt to our own needs. It's very easy for our staff to clock in and out and easy to administer. If we expand to more locations, the system can adapt to suit that. The customer support has always been excellent at Bizimply which is great to be able to rely on. The link into our payroll system wasn't as seamless as hoped however due to our relatively small employee numbers, it wasn't a dealbreaker for us. The system holds all of the information we need to prepare our report.

The staff start and finish dates don't allow for staff who return after a time. It would be nice to be able to stop and start staff dates properly. As it is, i just have to put the dates on their notes. We have had several staff work return to work or work as seasonal staff for a couple of years and it would be nice for the HR module to record that properly. Bizimply does it all at our place of employment, and is used daily. We use it to clock in and out. It shows us our schedule and future schedule. We can easily request holidays and see how many holidays we have left or have used for the year, and previous years. It shows in detail when our requests have been approved or denied and records all sick days and holidays we have used. The customer service is excellent and responds to any inquiries in a timely manner. It is easy to navigate and does not need any explanations on how to use the system.
