BizEdge Missed-Call Text-Back is for Australian tradespeople and small service businesses who miss calls while they are working. The owner keeps their own mobile number and adds a few standard divert codes, so only the calls they don't answer go to a local 04 number set up for their business. The caller hears a short recorded message with the business name, then receives a text in the owner's name within seconds asking for their name, suburb and what they need. The owner gets one text and one email per missed call with what the caller said, and every conversation is kept in an inbox where the owner can reply from the business number. Each business number is registered to the business through a carrier check (ABN record and proof of address), so callers see a real local number they can reply to, not a shortcode. Plans include 50, 100 or 200 missed calls a month, extra calls are charged per call up to a monthly cap the owner sets, there is no contract, and billing starts only when the first missed call is texted back.
