"Free Platform that Optimizes Process Modeling"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizagi?

What I value most is the ease of implementation, as this simplifies the modeling of business processes. Thanks to this, we can maintain order in all the procedures carried out in the institution, which helps ensure that projects follow the right path and achieve the best possible results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

A possible disadvantage is that new users may have difficulty understanding how to use the software at first, although the learning curve is not very long and you soon get used to it. I have also noticed that, at times, the program can become somewhat slow when handling complex processes, which can delay the work and its completion a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Optimize Business Solutions Without Code"
4/5
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Certainly the best thing about Bizagi is that it manages to connect human operators, legacy systems, BOTs, and data, offering complete visibility on business operations, essentially end-to-end visibility. Furthermore, I appreciate the fact that everything is already preset and easy to use, making the creation of specific connectors unnecessary. The drag and drop feature is also very useful as it does not require coding, greatly facilitating our business work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Certainly, perhaps stability because the desktop version, let's say at least some time ago, had very frequent crashes, mainly when the diagrams became very extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Business process automation with ease of use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I really like Bizagi's drag-and-drop workflow design because it is very intuitive. It enhances the clarity of BPMN-based diagram processes. Modifying existing workflows is also quite easy, and bottlenecks in the process are quickly identified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Yes, there are some things like with large and highly detailed workflows, the performance becomes a bit slow and handling complex workflows doesn't seem quite straightforward. That's all, these aren't blockers but they can bring some improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Powerful Interface for Process Modeling"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I like the simplicity of Bizagi's interface, it feels friendly and easy to use. Its intuitiveness allows people without knowledge of this type of software to adapt quickly. It is also more accessible than other heavier platforms and more powerful than a simple diagramming tool. As I mentioned earlier, I found it super intuitive, so I had no problems understanding and using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Some quick-use tools could be improved, such as when trying to relate existing diagrams without having to drag and drop from the menu. Also, it would be ideal if by clicking on a task, it allowed inserting a flow to connect it with another existing task, instead of inserting a new task. Additionally, a browser version would make the tool more practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful tool for process automation and workflow management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Bizagi helps in the design and automation of business processes without the heavy coding. I prefer the visual workflow designer, and it simplifies the mapping processes and understanding of how tasks move step by step. It is helpful to plan the work processes and improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

At first, it can be a bit difficult to understand all the features, especially if you are unfamiliar with process automation tools. There are also areas in the interface that are a little bit old, and performance also slows down in handling more complicated workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive BPMN Process Visualization and Low-Code Automation with Bizagi"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Bizagi makes process visualization very intuitive, which helps both technical and business teams stay aligned. The BPMN-based workflow modeling gives clear visibility into how tasks move across departments.

I like that processes can be refined incrementally instead of rebuilding everything from scratch. Automation of approvals and task routing reduces a lot of repetitive manual work.

The low-code approach helps speed up implementation for common workflow scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Initial setup and process configuration can take time. Complex workflows sometimes require deeper technical expertise. UI feels slightly traditional compared to newer workflow platforms. Debugging process execution issues is not always straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
