System stability. Once a process is set up it runs stable. The wide range of possibilites within the tool ( modeling, screnn design, connection interfaces and databases).... - you can create and customize processes in Bizagi for many Usecases In Bizagi you can do everything needed in process automation a pretty stable level. Bizagi is in my opionion not a market leader in one field compared to other products ( like modeling products), but it is pretty good in all process automation domains. **What do you dislike about Bizagi?** BPU Monetization model in Bizagi cloud. In my understanding BPUs are based on steps ( activities, gateways , etc) in the executed processes. In short words explained the more BPUs you use the more you pay for the cloud system. The contradiction in this system lies in the basics of Bizagi and it´s BPMN approach. In BPMN you want to modell your processes as understandable, and if needed in detail, as possible. In Workflow modeling you want to split steps in different activities for more useability and clarity in developing and executing the process. This from Business process modelling coming principles stand against the BPU model. Within the BPU model you come cheaper with less BPUs and therefore are forced to cover as many steps as possible in one step in the model. In Theory the idea of use more BPUs pay more is good, but the calculation should not be based on steps in the BPMN Models. **What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Generating reports of turnovers in banking.
