## About Bizagi
Bizagi is an enterprise platform for business orchestration and AI automation, enabling organizations to design, automate, and run complex end-to-end processes that bring together people, AI agents, systems, and data.   ### 1. Not the best choice for a core application / RAD tool

**What do you like best about Bizagi?**

Modeler is outstanding. The Suite product looks too good to be true. It has many pitfalls.

**What do you dislike about Bizagi?**

Everything in Suite, things always seem to be only 90% done. 

**What problems is Bizagi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only benefit was to use virtualized tables for "master" data, even if this data is 100% managed in Bizagi. You need to start a project this way Day 1.
We encountered many bugs - and Bizagi support takes a long time to fix them.
ETL is not supported (unless you virtualize) except through a Bizagi REST, where you upload xml data. Expect speeds of 1-2 records per second (iow, very slow)
Concurrent users - at 4 or more - many timeouts or deadlocks - unrelated to the SQL backend server. A test tried was 5 users starting a new process within the same second, sometimes only one or two users got a case # - the others got errors and had to retry.

Project Governance - make sure you get your data model correct. Changes can break your forms because if the XPath changes, you cannot do the change, if that XPath is being used.
So if an attribute (field/column) has a spelling mistake, you have to create a new attribute, then move everything over, edit objects one-by-one, until no more dependencies. There is no search & replace.

No Inheritance. Expect to do similar scripts over & over again.

Grid column names and form labels come from the same data dictionary. So expect to have to manually change one or the other, in every single form. Example: Customer Number - this looks great on a form. No so great as a column header.

They get points for some things that are good - the modeler.
